Thejal Srikumar, MD, is a medical oncologist specializing in the care of young adults with gastrointestinal cancers and individuals at high risk for these cancers due to genetic mutations. As an assistant professor of medicine at Yale School of Medicine, Dr. Srikumar is actively involved in research focusing on gastrointestinal malignancies and the impact of genetic factors on cancer risk. She is also the assistant program director of the Yale Medical Oncology-Hematology Fellowship Program.
