Ingredients: 
  • ½ C whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 ½ C cooked oatmeal
  • ¾ C skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 large egg
Directions: 
  • Mix together flour, baking powder, sugar, and cinnamon. Stir into oatmeal. Mix milk, oil, and egg together and add to batter. Cook pancakes on a heated skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Yield: 
About 10 pancakes
