Ingredients:
- ½ C whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 ½ C cooked oatmeal
- ¾ C skim milk
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 large egg
Directions:
- Mix together flour, baking powder, sugar, and cinnamon. Stir into oatmeal. Mix milk, oil, and egg together and add to batter. Cook pancakes on a heated skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Yield:
About 10 pancakes
