Refer a Patient to Yale Cancer Center

Physicians at Smilow Cancer Hospital and Yale Cancer Center partner with each patient’s primary or referring physician to ensure the best care of each patient. Regular communication between Smilow Cancer Hospital and the referring physician is a priority and we welcome participation in our weekly tumor board meetings.
