Trial Purpose and Description

To provide a centralized infrastructure to meet the increasing demand for human specimens and data to translated basic scientific discoveries into clinical practice

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion/Exclusion Criteria:

For non-investigator dependent assets, criteria for inclusion require consent and authorization.

Subjects must be 7 years old or older to participate and, be willing to be recontacted for follow-up
specimen collections. The principal investigator or co-investigators, listed in this protocol will
determine eligibility by subject interview, the Health Questionnaire
