WAGR syndrome is a rare genetic disorder characterized by a combination of Wilms tumor (a type of kidney cancer), aniridia (absence or partial absence of the iris in the eye), genitourinary anomalies (abnormalities in the reproductive and urinary systems), and intellectual disability or developmental delays. It is caused by a deletion of genetic material on chromosome 11.
