Pfeiffer syndrome is a rare genetic disorder characterized by the premature fusion of certain skull bones, leading to abnormal growth and shape of the skull and face. This condition also affects the hands and feet, causing broad and deviated thumbs and big toes, as well as webbing or fusion between fingers and toes.
