Annular ligament displacement, also known as radial head subluxation or nursemaid's elbow, is a condition in which the annular ligament slips over the radial head, causing the radial head to partially dislocate from its normal position in the elbow joint. This typically occurs in young children and is often caused by a sudden pulling or twisting force on the arm.
